The sale of the said property is NOT contingent on the transfer of the Liquor License from Baltimore City Government. It is the full responsibility of the purchaser to apply for the licensee transfer with Baltimore County Government. The seller of the Liquor License Elizer Neger, 4919 Blair, INC., Good Fellas Lounge will cooperate with the purchaser and sign the required transfer documents from Baltimore City Government.

 

All cost involved in the transfer of any licensee shall be paid for by the buyer.

In the event that there are any Bulk Transfer Taxes or Sales Tax on any items in the property, the buyer shall pay the required Tax.

 

Any Liquor or Alcohol remaining in the property DOES NOT convey with the sale. 

The name (4919 Blair, INC., Good Fellas Lounge) DOES NOT convey with the sale.
