Elana Shpritz is a graduate of The University of Maryland and is a licensed Maryland Real Estate Agent and Auction Associate. She is a second generation member of the family’s real estate business and began her career with Inner Harbor Realty, LLC and Ashland Auction Group, LLC in 2009. Her background in communications lends itself well to overseeing all aspects of marketing the company and individual properties, administrative duties, and file management.

As an auction associate, she promotes the properties through internet marketing, on-site advertising, and participation in multiple listing services. On auction day, she aids in bidder registration, bid encouragement, and contracts. Elana is currently on track to become an auctioneer.
