Cost to the Seller
  • $199 marketing/listing fee paid by the seller.
  • Buyer’s Premium (10%) is added to the high bid and paid by the winning bidder. This is the auctioneer’s commission.
  • Broker Co‑Op (2.5%) is paid by the seller only if another broker brings the winning buyer.
