  1. Submit a Property using the referral form. Include photos, access notes, and timing.
  2. We onboard the seller and run a targeted marketing campaign to qualified cash buyers.
  3. Online auction with clear terms (as‑is, no contingencies). You’re looped in the entire way.
  4. Settlement ≈30 days. You get paid your referral from the Buyer’s Premium after closing.
