$500 Closing Cost Credit will be provided to the winning bidder of each auction.
• Maximum of (15) $500 Closing Cost Credits per winning bidder.
• Closing Cost Credits may be combined with other Closing Cost Credits up to a value of $1,000 per future transaction. Expires January 1st, 2023.
$200 Closing Cost Credit will be provided to bidders who place a bid on a property, but do not win.
• Maximum of (15) $200 Closing Cost Credits per non-winning bidder.
• Closing Cost Credits may be combined with other Closing Cost Credits up to a value of $1,000 per future transaction. Expires January 1st, 2023.
Auction Terms
• Winning Bidder is required to sign and return a contract of sale no later than 10:00AM EST on Tuesday, December 6th, 2022.
• Winning Bidder is required to tender deposit within 24 hours via certified funds in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or bank wire.
• 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid of each property.
• Settlement: 30 days from date of contract ratification.
• Closing Cost Credit may be used for transactions, excluding Housing Authority of Baltimore City, above $30,000. Buyer must present or request promotion on or before time of Contract Ratification. Promotion cannot be used for properties ratified prior to December 5th, 2022. Promotion cannot be used for properties ratified after January 1st, 2023.
