All bidder deposits and contracts must be received by December 22nd, 2025 at 4:00 PM EST. Deposits are accepted ONLY by Bank Wire or Cashier’s Check — no personal checks, business checks, or ACH transfers.
Winning bidders must increase their deposit to 10% of the total purchase price within 48 hours.
All deposits must be made payable to Ashland Auction Group, LLC.
