Common Questions
How do I create an account to bid?
Visit www.AshlandAuction.com/Register to create a bidding account with Ashland Auction Group.
What is a Buyer's Premium?
A Buyer's Premium is an additional fee charged by an auction house to the winning bidder, on top of the final hammer price. For the HABC auctions, a 3.5% Buyer's Premium or a $750 Auction Service Fee, whichever is greater, will be added to the high bid.
Do I need all cash?
Not necessarily. While auctions are not contingent on financing, many buyers use hard money loans, private lines of credit, or commercial funding. As long as you can settle by the settlement date, your source of funds is up to you. Please note interior access cannot be granted for lender-required inspections or appraisals.
Can I inspect the property?
We are unable to provide interior access to these properties, but we were able to share interior photographs of many of the properties. You may also drive by the properties to conduct a visual inspection of the property's exterior.
