Adam Shpritz is the managing member of Ashland Auction Group, LLC (AAG). Adam is a second generation member of the Shpritz family’s real estate business. He is a graduate of the Nashville Auction School and has conducted thousands of public auctions.
Under Adam’s leadership, AAG has grown into one of Maryland’s top Auction & Real Estate firms. AAG is licensed in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania, with respective offices in Baltimore City and Washington, D.C. AAG has a proven record in selling residential property, land, commercial property, and industrial property throughout Maryland.

Sharon is a licensed real estate in Maryland and Washington D.C. with a background in accounting, banking, marketing, and sales. As a highly trained professional, she has over fifteen years of experience in real estate working with both buyers and sellers. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Maryland Association of Realtors®, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors®, and Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc.
Sharon has assisted thousands of buyers and sellers over the years. Specializing in transaction management, Sharon serves as Ashland Auction Group’s Settlement Coordinator. Once a ratified contract is achieved, Sharon communicates with buyers, sellers, title companies, and fellow agents to ensure that every property is settled in a timely manner.

Robert joined Ashland in 2019, bringing his extensive experience in digital marketing and project management with him. Robert oversees the marketing efforts at Ashland, and is responsible for new marketing opportunities and partnerships, developing marketing strategies, and implementing marketing campaigns to improve the services and products Ashland provides. Robert manages the Ashland Auction website, digital marketing, SEO, SEM & Google Services.

Since joining our team in 2019, Mollie has negotiated the sale of many properties prior to their scheduled auction.

Since joining our team in 2019, Mark has effectively supported the sale of hundreds of properties.
Destiny Deleon

Destiny joined Ashland in April of 2021. Coming from the hotel industry, Destiny brings her experience in graphic design, marketing, and hospitality/customer support. Destiny assists in a variety of the Ashland marketing efforts, graphic design for print and online marketing material, customer support, as well as research and advertising for new auction listings.

Being a former collegiate athlete, Garrett embodies what it is to be a good teammate and always having a positive attitude. As a part of the Sales and Marketing Team, Garrett assists in: Advertising Properties, Negotiating Property Sales, Customer Support. Garrett has advertised thousands of real estate listings, while also negotiating with hundreds of customers to help them purchase their new investment opportunity.
