Auction Details:
  • Deposit Requirement: The winning bidder must submit a $5,000 deposit within 24 hours.
  • Payment & Pickup: The buyer and seller will coordinate final payment, pickup, and transportation. The auctioneer does not facilitate these arrangements.
Title & Registration:
  • This THOW is built on a registered trailer with a VIN.
  • The buyer is responsible for title transfer & registration.
  • If the buyer wants the entire unit titled as an RV, they must apply for a new VIN through their local DMV using the provided ANSI A119.5 certification and bill of sale.
Inspections & Showings:
