Recordation costs, transfer taxes and all other costs incident to settlement, to be paid by the purchaser. If payment of the additional deposit, if any, or the balance of the purchase price is not made within the specified periods, the deposit will be forfeited and the property may be resold at the risk and expense of the defaulting purchaser.
